MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE PUBLICATION NOTICE

The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendant(s) in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff(s) against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

PARCEL 1: All of Lots 13 and 14 in Block 6 of the Original Town of Rantoul, as per plat recorded in Deed Record "K" at Page 124, in Champaign County, Illinois. PARCEL 2: Lot 12, except the South 100 feet thereof, and the East Half of Lot 11, except the South 100 feet thereof, all in Block 6 of the Original Town of Rantoul, as per plat recorded in Deed Record "K" at Page 124, in Champaign County, Illinois. PERMANENT TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS: 20-03-34-483-011 and 20-03-34-483-014. COMMON ADDRESS: 301 N. Century Blvd., Rantoul, Illinois 61866

AND

PARCEL 1: The West Half of Lot 11 and the East Half of Lot 10 all in Block 6 in the Original Town of Rantoul, as per plat recorded in Deed Record "K" at Page 124, situated in the Village of Rantoul, in Champaign County, Illinois. PARCEL 2: The South 100 feet of the East half of Lot 11 and the South 100 feet of Lot 12 in Block 6 in The Original Town of Rantoul, as per Plat recorded in Deed Record "K" at Page 124, situated in Champaign County Illinois. PERMANENT TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS: 20-03-34-483-009 and 20-03-34-483-013. COMMON ADDRESS: 209 E. Belle and 215 E. Belle, Rantoul, Illinois 61866.

and which said Mortgages were made by Rental Motel, Inc., as Mortgagors, to Florida Keys Acquisitions, LLC as Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois as Document Nos. 2013R10332, 2013R10333 (Modification of Mortgage)

And for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the said Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendant(s), file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801 on or before the 1st day of May, 2014, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
