The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to the following:

UNKNOWN OWNERS, NONRECORD CLAIMANTS AND UNKNOWN TENANTS AND OCCUPANTS, Generally. Notice is hereby given to Defendants in the above-entitled suit that the above-named Plaintiff has filed its Complaint in said Court for Foreclosure pursuant to the mortgage foreclosure laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises in the Complaint situated in Champaign County, State of Illinois:

TRACT I:

LOT 1 IN BLOCK 1 OF CHANUTE ADDITION TO RANTOUL, ILLINOIS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK "D" AT PAGE 126, SITUATED IN THE VILLAGE OF RANTOUL, IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

LOT 2 IN BLOCK 1 OF CHANUTE ADDITION TO RANTOUL, ILLINOIS AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK "D" AT PAGE 126, SITUATED IN THE VILLAGE OF RANTOUL, IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

THAT PART OF VACATED CHAMPAIGN AVENUE LYING NORTH AND ADJACENT TO TRACT I, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A STONE, THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHANUTE ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF RANTOUL, ILLINOIS, ALSO BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF BLOCK 1 OF SAID CHANUTE ADDITION, THENCE NORTH ON THE WEST LINE OF CHANUTE STREET EXTENDED 50.0 FEET TO THE ORIGINAL CENTERLINE OF CHAMPAIGN AVENUE (ROUTE 136); THENCE WEST ON THE SAID ORIGINAL CENTERLINE OF CHAMPAIGN AVENUE, 51.85 FEET TO A POINT ON THE PRESENT SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CHAMPAIGN AVENUE, ROUTE 136; SOUTHWESTERLY AROUND A CURVE TO THE RIGHT WITH A RADIUS OF 1040 FEET, 80.72 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 1 EXTENDED, LYING 29.5 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 1 EXTENDED 29.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE EAST ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, 130 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, SITUATED IN THE VILLAGE OF RANTOUL, IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that said suit is now pending. The said Complaint is for the foreclosure of the mortgage.

NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the said above-named Defendants, file your appearance in the said suit in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, on or before May 7, 2014, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
