Bid Specifications
Four Cylinder, Turbocharged Diesel Engine Backhoe
Bids for (1) one new (2015) Turbocharged Diesel Engine Backhoe will be accepted at the Village of Mahomet Administration Building, 503 East Main Street, Mahomet, IL, 61853 until 2:00 pm May 22, 2014, there and then to be opened and the award made subject to the approval of the Village of Mahomet Board of Trustees. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids, to waive any technicalities and to accept the bid that in its judgment, best meets the requirements of the Village of Mahomet, Public Works Department and Transportation Division.
Payment will be based upon the following schedule:
Invoice for Base Bid and Any Approved Alternate Items Submitted
Delivery of the Equipment to the Public Works Facility at 218 S. Lake of the Woods Road, Mahomet, Illinois 61853
Inspection of the Equipment will be approved by the Transportation Superintendent and submitted to Commerce Bank for Payment
Payment will be made by Commerce Bank directly to the Equipment Supplier within 2 weeks of acceptance of the equipment
