Thomasboro CCSD #130 requests bids on Food, Milk, Bread. Specifications and bid forms are available at the Superintendent’s Office, Thomasboro Grade School, 201 N. Phillips, Thomasboro, IL
Thomasboro CCSD #130 Board of Education reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals and to waive informalities in bidding. The bidders affirm by their signatures, that they do comply with all requirements of Civil Rights and Executive orders governing non-discrimination or employment. The competency and responsibility of all bidders will be taken into consideration.
Food purchased must be produced in the United States except in those instances where food is not produced in the United States in sufficient quantity or satisfactory quality or the cost of the food produced in the United States is significantly higher than foreign products.
BIDS ARE DUE IN THE SUPERINTENDENT’S OFICE NO LATER THAN JUNE 20TH, 2013 AT 9:00am. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DEADLINE WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL REMAIN ON FILE UNOPENED. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 9:15AM, JUNE 20TH, 2014 AT A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE SUPERINTENDENT’S OFFICE AT THE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE. ALL BIDS SHOULD BE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED “FOOD BID” 6/20/14.
