A tract of land of 4.7 acres lying West of the center line of Daryl Drive extending in Sixth Plat of Woodard's Heather Hills Subdivision, St. Joseph, Township, as per plat recorded in Book "X" on page 111, East 330' of the West 512.63' of the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2 lying immediately North of Lots 142, 143, 144, 145 and 146 between the North line of said lots and the center line of the Salt Fork Drainage Ditch; also, the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, all in Township 19 North, Range 10 East, Champaign County, Illinois (7 acres); Property Index No. 28-22-02-127-006

The period of redemption from the sale will expire on December 15, 2014. The amount to redeem is subject to increase at 6 month intervals from the date of sale and may be further increased if the purchaser at the tax sale or his or her assignee pays any subsequently accruing taxes or special assessments to redeem the property from subsequent forfeitures or tax sales. A petition has been filed for a tax deed which will transfer title and the right to possession of this property if redemption is not made on or before December 15, 2014. This matter is set for hearing on petitioner’s application for an Order Directing Issuance of a Tax Deed in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, on January 12, 2015, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., in Courtroom D before the Honorable Chase Leonhard. You may be present at this hearing but your right to redeem will already have expired at that time.
