PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above entitled cause on March 26, 2013, Champaign County Sheriff will on September 27, 2013, at the hour of 9:00AM at Courthouse in the Juror Room, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801, sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described mortgaged real estate:
