Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment entered in the above entitled matter on December 29, 2010;
Dan Walsh, Sheriff, 204 E. Main St., Urbana, IL 61801, will on September 27, 2013 at 9:00 AM, at Champaign County Courthouse, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, IL 61801, sell to the highest bidder for cash (ten percent (10%) at the time of sale and the balance within twenty-four (24) hours, the following described premises situated in Champaign County, Illinois.
