SBA Towers V, LLC (SBA) proposes to construct a 250’ lattice tower (255’ overall) at 410 W Monroe St in Philo, Champaign County, IL (Project 28145).
SBA proposes to construct a 100’ monopole (105’ overall) at 1500 N Lincoln Ave in Urbana, Champaign County, IL (Project 29275).
In accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, SBA is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and soliciting comments on Historic Properties which may be affected by the proposed undertaking.
