The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Jane M. Sullivan, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois by the said plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:

Lot 12 and the East Half of Lot 11 of a Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in the Village of Sidney, as per plat recorded in Deed Record "U" at page 516, in Champaign County, Illinois.

Now, therefore, unless you, Jane M. Sullivan, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, and the said above named defendants, file your answer to the complaint in said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the 6 Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois, on or before October 4, 2014, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
