The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, Notice is hereby given you, UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other Defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

Lot 208 in Olympian North No. 2 Subdivision as per Plat recorded as Document 98F14973, situated in Champaign County, Illinois

PIN: 41-1426-352-002 Tax Code 3

Common Address: 1615 Rion Drive, Champaign IL

and which said mortgage was made by MAK2, INC., an Illinois Corporation to MUTUAL BANK (original) and UNITED CENTRAL BANK, Mortgagee, and recorded as Document No. 2007R26969 in the Office of the Recorder of Deed of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief that Summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is UNITED CENTRAL BANK.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said Defendants, file your Answer to the Complaint in this case, or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, on or before October 3,2014, a default may be entered against you at any time after that date, and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
