Champaign County Courthouse Exterior Masonry Repairs and Maintenance

Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E Main Street, Urbana, Illinois

Project: The County of Champaign invites written proposals from those wishing to provide exterior masonry repairs and maintenance on the Champaign County Courthouse located at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, Illinois.

Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm prevailing time at IGW Architecture, 114 West Main Street, Urbana, IL 61801.

Bid Documents: The bid documents, including plans and specifications will be available on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 on the County website at www.

co.champaign.il.us and from Dean’s Superior Blueprint (217) 359-3261 and on-line at Dean’s Digital Plan Room www.

deansblueprint.com. Documents are also on file and may be examined at: IGW Architecture, 114 W Main Street, Urbana, IL. Any questions pertaining to the proposals may be directed to Alan Reinhart, Facilities Director, Champaign County Physical Plant at 217-384-3765.

Bid Due Date: Bids will be received at the Brookens Administrative Center, 1776 East Washington Street, Urbana, Illinois. 61802, up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Lyle Shields Meeting Room at Brookens Administrative Center.

The Champaign County Board reserves the right to reject any of all letters of interest, waive any or all irregularities, and select the firm/individual which is in the best interest of Champaign County, Illinois. All contractual activity conducted on Champaign County property must meet the State of Illinois Department of Labor Prevailing Wages for Champaign County, adopted by the Champaign County Board.
