HAMILTON ON THE PARK
Wallick Properties, Management Agent for Hamilton on the Park, hereby provides public notice that we will accept applications for 2 and 3 bedrooms only for Project Based Voucher (PBV) Assistance for individuals who wish to reside at Hamilton on the Park.
A PBV is a housing subsidy provided under the Housing Authority of Champaign County’s Moving to Work Program. The PBV subsidy is available to eligible applicants who are approved as tenants while they reside at Hamilton on the Park. Eligible applicants must also comply with all other leasing requirements.
To receive an application you must call 217-655-4510 on November 24th, 2014 or November 25th between the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and register your name and address. An application will be mailed to you after you complete the telephone registration. Any phone calls placed prior to or after these dates and times will not be accepted.
Complete applications MUST be returned by mail to the address on the envelope provided with the application and postmarked on or before December 3, 2014.
APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE BY CALLING THE NUMBER ABOVE ONLY. Please do not visit the Management Office. Applicants will be selected for Project Based Voucher Assistance based on the date and time the application is received. If you are not selected, you will be placed on the waiting list and contacted when housing is available.
