NOTICE OF BANK
MERGER
Notice is hereby given that Busey Bank, an Illinois state-chartered bank with its main office located at 1000 West University Avenue, Champaign, Illinois, intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to merge Herget Bank, National Banking Association, a national banking association with its main office located at 33 South 4th Street, Pekin, Illinois, with and into Busey Bank. It is contemplated that all offices of Herget Bank, National Association will continue to be operated, with the exception of its office located at 7800 North Sommer Street, Suite 203, Peoria, Illinois, which Herget Bank, National Association intends to close in December of 2014.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606, not later than December 6, 2014. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
