TAKE NOTICE that a Petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois for the adoption of two female children named EMILY ANNE ANDERSON and MACKENZIE MARLO ANDERSON, and a male child named RYAN CARL ANDERSON.
NOW THEREFORE, unless you, THE UNKNOWN FATHER and ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, file your answer to the Petition in the action, or otherwise file your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Sixth Judicial Circuit, at 101 E. Main Street in the City of Urbana, Illinois on or before the 13th day of February, 2015, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Petition.
