FORECLOSURE SALE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure, the following property will be sold to the highest bidder.
The address of the real estate is 110 E. South St., Seymour, Illinois.
The legal description is: Lots 13 and 14 in Block 12 of the Original Town of Seymour, as per Plat recorded in Deed Record 32 at Page 516, situated in Champaign County, Illinois.
The property is improved with a single family residence.
The real estate may not be inspected prior to sale.
The sale will be conducted in the 1st floor jury room of the Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main, Urbana by the Champaign County Sheriff at 9:00 a.m. on February 14, 2014.
The terms of the sale are Ten Percent (10%) cash or certified funds at time of sale with balance due within 24 hours. Title will be conveyed subject to confirmation of court, to all general real estate taxes, and special assessments, if any, and easements and restrictions of record.
