PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of the above Court entered in the above entitled cause on April 23, 2018, the following described real estate, to-wit:

The purchaser of a condominium unit at a judicial foreclosure sale, other than a mortgagee, who takes possession of a condominium unit pursuant to a court order or a purchaser who acquires title from a mortgagee shall have the duty to pay the proportionate share, if any, of the common expenses for the unit which would have become due in the absence of any assessment acceleration during the 6 months immediately preceding institution of an action to enforce the collection of assessments, and which remain unpaid by the owner during whose possession the assessments accrued. Pursuant to 70 ILCS 705/11k the Farmer City Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed competitive bids for a brush truck fire apparatus.

  • Requirements for the apparatus have been prepared and in order to be considered, an apparatus must meet the District’s requirements.

  • All bids must remain valid for not less than 60 days from the bid opening.

  • Any exceptions taken to any of the District’s requirements must be clearly and separately identified and the basis for the exception must be provided with the bid.

  • Any proposed alternate to any of the District’s requirements must be clearly identified and an explanation of equivalence as to the alternate must be provided with the bid.

  • The District reserves the right to require demonstration of the equipment for which a bid is submitted as part of the bid evaluation process following bid opening.

  • The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids after evaluation of bids for compliance with requirements, for budgetary reasons, or for any other authorized reason.

  • If a bid is awarded, it will be to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Board of Trustees.

TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Champaign County Soil and Water Conservation District of Champaign, pursuant to “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other workers employed in any public works by the State, county, city or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works,” approved June 27, 2018, as amended, has determined on, and as effective from July 1, 2018, that the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for laborers, mechanics, and other workers engaged in the construction of public works coming under the jurisdiction of the Champaign County SWCD is the same as determined by the Department of Labor of the State of Illinois for Champaign County as of July 1, 2018.
