NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of Rita H. McMahon on June 4, 2013. Letters Testamentary were issued on August 9, 2013 to Thomas L. McMahon whose address is 405 E. Sangamon Street, Mahomet, IL. 61853 whose attorney is Mary Ann Royse.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL 61801, or with the representative or both, on or before (6 months from issuance of Letters) February 9, 2014, or within six(6) months from the date of the first publication hereof, or three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery hereof, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within (10) days after it has been filed.
