PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court in the above entitled cause the property hereinafter described or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, will be sold to the highest bidder.

The terms of the sale are: public auction with open, verbal bids; the successful bidder must deposit 10% of bid by certified funds made payable to the Sheriff, with the balance in five (5) business days; Buyer shall pay the Judicial sale fee for Abandoned Residential Property Municipality Relief Fund, which is calculated on residential real estate at the rate of $1 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof of the amount paid by the purchaser not to exceed $300, in certified funds within five (5) business days. Champaign County Regional Planning Commission Seeks New Member

The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) is looking for candidates interested in serving as one of two voluntary Community Member positions on the Commission. The Community Members are appointed by the other Commissioners to two-year staggered terms.

It is anticipated that a new Community Member will fill the remainder of a two-year term, ending December 31, 2018. The Commission will meet monthly on the fourth Friday at 8:30am.

The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission was created in 1966 and each decade has resulted in numerous changes and growth at the RPC. The RPC provides and administers a variety of planning, community and economic development, early childhood education, and community services for Champaign and surrounding counties.

It is the mission of the RPC to promote, plan, facilitate, and accomplish the improved health, safety, welfare, education, economic conditions, environment, and regional development within Champaign County in particular, as well as within the greater East Central Illinois area.

All interested persons are encouraged to apply online at ccrpc.org/jobs/. Applications must be submitted no later than 4:30pm on September 15, 2017.
